Instruktion und Lehrwerke nicht stattfinden, da konventionelle Ans\u00e4tze folgende Verfehlungen beinhalten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sie treffen nur geringf\u00fcgig die Empfehlungen aus der Neuro-Didaktik.<\/li>\n<li>Sie fangen nicht auf der konkreten Lernebene an.<\/li>\n<li>Sie erm\u00f6glichen kaum Interaktivit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(siehe unten)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die gro\u00dfe Herausforderung ist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lernans\u00e4tze zu entwickeln bzw. zu \u00fcbernehmen und Ressourcen und Materialien anzuschaffen, die zuerst erg\u00e4nzen und nach und nach konventionellen Ans\u00e4tzen ersetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Daran habe ich w\u00e4hrend meiner Karrriere als Lehrer und Referent f\u00fcr Lehrer-Fortbildung erfolgreich gearbeitet. Bereiche: Kita, Grundschule, fr\u00fch Sek.
